MY VINTAGE SOLE PROVIDES THE VERY BEST IN AFFORDABLE REPRODUCTION VINTAGE SHOES AND BOOTS!My specialty is in providing quality made affordable Reproduction vintage shoes and Victorian and Edwardian style boots that are historically accurate in appearance. The Victorian era was from 1837 until 1901 and the Edwardian era began in 1901 and lasted until 1910 or 1912. They are custom made (meaning that each of our shoes/boots are made to order; the patterns are hand cut and then hand sewn, you then have options to choose your material, type of heel, perforations, type of sole etc.) by a dancewear manufacturer with over 20 years of experience. They are as comfortable to wear as they are beautiful to look at. I can personally attest to this fact. Before buying this business I knew nothing about shoe construction - who thinks of that - all I cared about was looks. The only shoes I considered comfortable were my athletic shoes. But when I bought my first pair of reproduction vintage shoes, I was amazed at how comfortable they were. I could wear these shoes all day at work and not have to kick them off under my desk. I noticed too, when I got home from work that I didn't take them off as soon as I walked in the front door. And when I did take them off, my feet didn't hurt. What a revelation! There just aren't enough good things to say about the comfort of my shoes and boots. That's why I jumped at the chance to buy this business when it was for sale. Believe me, I'm not a salesperson, the only reason I can boast about my products is because I know how wonderful they are. Footwear made for a dancer is simply designed better for the foot and it's movements; it is made to take the stress and wear of dance -that's why my reproduction vintage shoes and boots are so special - they are individually handcrafted, beautiful, comfortable and are not going to damage your feet. I know that footwear is an investment and when you purchase shoes or boots, you shouldn't have to sacrifice comfort for style. I personally stand behind the quality of the reproduction Victorian and Edwardian style boots and reproduction vintage shoes that I sell because I buy and wear them myself.
