My Vintage Sole loves to work with you! Customer contact is critical to providing you with a product you will love, that fits beautifully, and will give you years of pleasure. Please read these policies to ensure your understanding and satisfaction.
Remember shipping time is 6 weeks for production and 2 weeks for delivery.
General Returns, Exchanges & Refunds:
Since many companies size their shoes differently, we cannot accept returns or refunds on shoes/boots ordered in wrong size (please provide me with your foot measurements in length and inches)and refer to my sizing chart. We will not normally exchange or refund on color unless it is our error.
If you are matching an outfit, especially for a wedding, your best choice is to order white, and have it tinted at a wedding shop where you can bring your material and supervise your color choice. There are far too many subtle variations of white, off-white and ivory for us to be able to guarantee an exact match for your particular fabric.
We will only exchange or refund if it is our error: Items returned must be received 14 days from your delivery, paid shipping, in original unworn condition and packaging.
International customers: We do not accept any responsibility for lost or damaged shoes/boots once shipped out of the United States. Once packages leave the United States we have no control over the processes that take place during customs inspection, delivery or any fees charged by the receiving country.
Special-order materials, colors and sizes (including sizes 12 and up) should be considered non-returnable.
Brides - please order early! Eight weeks is the absolute minimum recommended order time. We will not accept orders for weddings that we feel we cannot guarantee timely delivery on.
Refunds are sent via the original payment method. Please note that PayPal transaction fee's are not refundable.
Cancellations:
Due to the made-to-order nature of our items, we regret that we can not accept a cancellation, and refund you, after 48 hours from the time your order is placed. We do our best to work with you ahead of time and assist with your choices, and we try to get your order in very quickly to shorten your wait time; please be sure of your purchase before placing an order. We reserve the right to debit a $12.00 processing fee from the refund to cover transaction costs for online & credit card orders that are cancelled after that period.
Personal/Company Checks:
Returned checks: your order will be voided, and we will not accept another order to the same name or address without full prepayment and a $25.00 returned check fee.
Restocking Fee:
We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on returned items.
Holidays:
The Yule season can be hectic for everyone. We highly recommend ordering by October 1st at the latest to insure December delivery.
